An e-commerce with over 1,600 products for Mr. Pagnanelli
Mr. Pagnanelli is a pet shop in the Zárate and Campana area of Argentina. This is the project that shows best what we build: an online store with a genuinely large catalog, and a QR loyalty program on top of it. The business runs it, not us.
The problem
The shop had hundreds of products and nowhere to show them. Prices went out one by one over WhatsApp, every question about a brand meant checking the storeroom before answering, and someone in the next town had no way to see the full range without driving to the store.
A website saying where the shop is would not have been enough. The whole catalog had to be online, searchable, and updatable without calling anyone.
What we built
A complete online store with its own database. Not a template with photos: a system with data, categories and states.
- A database of more than 1,600 products across 8 categories.
- Search with filters, so customers reach a product by name, brand or category.
- Persistent cart: the order survives if the customer closes the browser and comes back later.
- WhatsApp checkout, with the order already itemized for the shop.
- MercadoPago integration for online payments (in progress; today the order is confirmed over WhatsApp).
- In-store pickup and delivery to Zárate, Campana and Lima, with the delivery logic inside the system.
And on top: the Club, loyalty with QR
Club Mr. Pagnanelli was built on top of the store: a points and rewards platform that is its own system, with its own users.
- Role-based authentication: each person signs in and sees what corresponds to them, not the whole system.
- Points, redemptions and rewards.
- A public pet profile reachable by QR.
- QR generation and PDF export, ready to print and hand out.
- A business metrics dashboard.
How the client runs it today
This is the part that matters most: the system is technically serious and the business runs it with no technical knowledge.
On the Club side, QR codes are generated and exported as PDFs from the platform itself: the business prints them and hands them out without asking us for anything.
Results
Sales and traffic numbers belong to the client. They go here once they are confirmed. We would rather leave the space empty than publish a number we cannot back up.

Frequently asked questions
Doesn't a 1,600-product catalog make the site slow?
No, because the catalog lives in a database with search and filters, not on one page loading 1,600 images at once. The customer only sees the category or search result they asked for.
Can the catalog be loaded from a spreadsheet?
Yes. On projects like this we build bulk import from CSV or Excel, so the first catalog is not typed in one product at a time.
Can you build something similar for another industry?
Yes. The structure (large catalog, search, cart, ordering and admin panel) works the same for a wholesaler, a health-food shop or an auto-parts store. The content and the pricing rules change, not the system.
Do you have a large catalog and nowhere to show it?
Tell us how many products you have and how you handle them today. We'll tell you what to do first.
