Systems for distributors

A distributor does not have a website problem: it has an operations problem. Different prices per client, orders arriving through five channels, stock nobody is sure about and reps out on the road. That is solved with a system, not an online brochure.

What gets sorted first

  • The wholesale catalog, with access only for approved clients.
  • Price lists: several, per client, with specific discounts where needed.
  • Stock, with movement history and supplier delivery notes for intake.
  • Each client's current account.
  • Sales reps: commissions, stats and orders placed on the client's behalf.

What gets added later

  • A price-increase board with scheduled effective dates.
  • Customer groups by zone, by origin or by any list you create.
  • WhatsApp campaigns and automatic price-increase notifications.
  • Automatic emails: account created, order confirmed and password reset.
  • Repurchase prediction based on buying frequency.
  • Argentine electronic invoicing (ARCA/AFIP) and client autofill by tax ID.
  • Report export to Excel and PDF delivery notes.

How it is delivered

The system ships with an admin panel that runs everything: products, clients, prices, stock and metrics. Operations stay on the distributor's side.

And it is built in stages. You do not have to start with everything: catalog and ordering first, the rest when the business asks for it.

Running today

Progress Pet is a pet-food distributor running its full B2B platform: manually approved clients, per-client price lists, current accounts, sales zones with automatic reminders, WhatsApp campaigns, orders placed by the rep or uploaded by the client from Excel, and Argentine electronic invoicing (ARCA/AFIP) with client details autofilled from the tax registry.

Vaporize is the other distributor with its own system: CRM, stock control with history, rep commissions, PDF delivery notes and repurchase prediction by buying frequency.

Progress Pet: wholesale pet-food catalog, with two price lists for the same product and pet-shop registration subject to approval

Frequently asked questions

Can we start small?

Yes, and that is what we recommend. Start with the approved-access catalog and ordering, which relieves the operation fastest, then add stock, current accounts or invoicing.

Does it issue electronic invoices?

It can. We have already built Argentine electronic invoicing (ARCA/AFIP), including client autofill from the tax-ID registry.

Can my reps place orders for clients?

Yes. Rep-delegated ordering is solved, along with per-rep commissions and stats.
